About me.
After an incident left me fighting for my life (August 2013) I had to learn to walk again, with the help of physiotherapists and personal trainers. To this day it is one of the toughest challenges I have had to face.
However, through such tough moments, great things are born, and it was this journey that inspired my to become a personal trainer/fitness coach as I wanted to have a positive impact, helping men and women to improve their lives through health and fitness.
